FINISHED INTERIOR OPTIONS We can wrap the interior of your structure to provide a finished interior. Select from these materials:
Sheetrock	For Walls and/or Ceiling, we will insulate them and then install ½ inch thick sheetrock over the insulation.	$25.00 per square foot
Paneling	For Walls and/or Ceiling, we will insulate them and then install ¼ inch paneling over the insulation.	$30.00 per square foot
Painted interior	We will prime and paint the interior.	$10.00 per square foot

Green Sheds is not responsible for any permits or Homeowners Association approvals. Each property owner will be responsible for these approvals, if required. Please check with your town / city Planning Dept. or Home Owners Association before scheduling your installation or delivery. Green Sheds will not install electric power, water or sewer lines in these sheds.

*There is an additional delivery charge of $200.00 for installations outside Contra Costa or Alameda counties.

** Please note our "Estimated Installed Price" is intended to give you an idea of the estimated costs for various size structures we build. The final price of your Green Shed is determined by the size of your structure, the items you select to be included in your structure and any additional costs to prep your site for installation. Your final Green Shed price is presented to you in writing after we discuss with you the various items you have selected.
